Mrs Eaves Font Poster

The goal of this poster design project was to present key information about the font Mrs Eaves and its designer. Targeted at typography enthusiasts, the poster visually and textually communicates the history of the font, its various line weights, and the creative vision behind its design. Through thorough research, I aimed to create a visually appealing yet informative piece that brings typography to life.

My Process

Designing Mrs Eaves

I began by creating a mood board to establish the visual direction, followed by initial layout sketches to map out the content. The design process was smooth, with minimal critiques—mainly adding actual text to the mood board. After refining the layout, I moved on to the final poster, which required no revisions and showcased the clear vision and cohesive execution of the project.
Final Results

Form and Function

The final poster design successfully achieved the aesthetic I envisioned, perfectly complementing Mrs Eaves's elegance. It was well-received, confirming that my approach—from mood board to final execution—was effective. This project reinforced the importance of layout planning, and I’m confident I’d use the same streamlined process in future designs to achieve similar success.
